Lemon, Citrus, some tartness and some sweetness well balanced. The funk of the yeast is great and well paired with the mineral body. The body is light and nicely carbed.
Tip-top brew.
Interesting story about how these were released, but I don't know everything. They weren't originally supposed to be for retail sale and the bottles are hand numbered and don't have UPC barcodes. The one I drank was from the pair I bought shortly after settling in to Florida. I ran out Sunday and bought the last 4 I could find. I already have another in the fridge. Yummy!
