ND:Bar Harbor Cadillac Mtn. Stout

Batch #1865. I've has this one a little while and I figured it's a fantastic dry stout for St Patty's Day! It really is a great example of the style.  A solid roasted flavor. Big chocolate. Light carbonation, but still there. Coats the mouth and has lots of sticking power. 

A little research turned up that the label changed in 2008. And this is the old label.
The label change took place when the brewery was bought. I wonder if it is still this good? (Do I still have another bottle of this? I hope.) I have to say, I don't think the sitting has had a negative impact.
